Once again Broad Street Auto came through for me! My 1999 Ford 250 Econoline was having intermittent engine issues, but they found the problem. Now I do not need to worry when taking our dogs on a long road trip.

Broad Street Auto was able to schedule my servicing quickly and perform all of the routine maintenance items indicated. They provided an estimate before the work started and kept me informed. Was in and out in about an hour. Will be back!

My car broke down on a Sunday in RVA while on a trip and I called to have it towed to a dealership. After receiving the repair quote, we were flabbergasted at the amount. Made an on line appointment on Sunday and delivered car Sunday night expecting not to get vehicle worked on for a couple of days. Booked on line appointment for Monday and work was started Monday before noon. Good timing and good service.

Fantastic! Easy to arrange the appointment online and my service was incredibly quick. In past years I had done the service A & service B at the dealership and decided this year to go to Broad Street Auto & Tire. I am thrilled with the process & outcome and paid less than half of the dealership price. Also, there was not upselling pressure. I will be back.
