I've been holding off writing a review for Broad Street Auto & Tire because I don't want anyone else to know about it. It's hard to find a business you can trust nowadays, and the ones I do, I want to keep all to myself. Alice and her team of techs do a phenomenal job communicating issues with your vehicle or the work performed. If you ask for a service, and they think you don't need it, they'll tell you why and save you time and money. They're great to talk to especially if you need to hang out and work in the lobby while they perform the work. The online appointment scheduling is an awesome feature to make sure they are prepared for the service and your arrival on your schedule. Support your local shops like Alice's. They'll have my business as long as their doors are open.

You can schedule the state inspection on their site and they get you in and out quickly. No reason to go anywhere else.
