The online system as well as the old fashioned telephone call are very user friendly in setting up an appointment for car services. Check in with Alice is super easy and once the care keys are given to the mechanics the car service is done in a professional and very quick manner. I always opt to stay in their very clean lobby area. There is plenty of reading material along with a Keurig coffee machine plus a very cute and friendly dog. I am always happy with the service I receive at Broad Street Auto & Tire Inc.
