Timely professional service.

Very professional and informative of what needed to be completed. Went in for an oil change and inspection and was told all other issues. When something didnt need to be done they informed me and had my car services completed for my travel the same day!!

I made an on line appointment with Broad Street Auto and they were able to accommodate my time selection and were very prompt but through with maintenance of my 1999 EconoVan. The cost was very reasonable. I feel very fortunate to have a reliable place to take my vehicles for repair or service.

I have been going here for years, but have never thought to write a review. Hands down the best mechanic i have ever had the pleasure of working with. Never try to oversell you and always responsive and give you a heads up to needed repairs. This past Friday I was driving to Williamsburg and my car's engine completely died on 64 near Williamsburg. I called Broad Street and they had no problem letting AAA bring the car to the shop and let it sit there over the weekend, and promptly repaired the car on Monday without an appointment. It was not a cheap repair, but it was needed and I am confident I got the best price possible. They even found a dangerous issue with the tires (I ran over something that had destroyed one of them but had not deflated it) and fixed it. If you need a mechanic, go here.
