Made an on line appointment on Sunday and delivered car Sunday night expecting not to get vehicle worked on for a couple of days. Booked on line appointment for Monday and work was started Monday before noon. Good timing and good service.

Fantastic! Easy to arrange the appointment online and my service was incredibly quick. In past years I had done the service A & service B at the dealership and decided this year to go to Broad Street Auto & Tire. I am thrilled with the process & outcome and paid less than half of the dealership price. Also, there was not upselling pressure. I will be back.
