Have been coming here for years recommended by fellow worker. He said they do it right for a fair price with quick turnaround. this has been true for all my work done. you can't go wrong trusting your car to them.

Prompt, friendly service! I just had a State Inspection on my vehicle. The reservation process was easy and straight forward. The work was promptly done and a light bulb was quickly replaced. Fortunately the brake pads passed inspection; however, I was advised to have them replaced soon depending on vehicle usage, which I will certainly do.

This was my first time at this shop and I was fully prepared to wait a bit for my state inspection as I typically do at the other shops I’ve been to but I was in and out in 30min! I wish I caught her name but the woman at the front desk was very friendly! Will definitely be returning.

Have had work done here on several occasions and always same friendly service. Left car at convenient drop box location and all work completed at estimated price on the next morning. My appointment for work was actually moved up a day at my request.

I don't often write reviews. However, my experience with Broad Street Auto & Tire Inc. warranted one. I set an 8am appointment online, two evenings ahead of time, for a state inspection. The next morning, I received a confirmation for the appointment. That morning, I arrived just prior to 8am. At 8am, I walked in the door and was kindly greeted with my name and verification that I was there for an inspection. I handed them my keys and stepped outside. At this point, there were several other customers there, all being quickly. 30 minutes later, my vehicle was brought around. The mechanic I spoke with was also very personable and shared things I should consider taking care of in the next 6 months. I paid for the inspection and left. No fuss, no BS, no games. It was terrific and I will be going back for automotive services in the future.
