I left my truck overnight, and forgot to write a few things down on the card they have for overnight drop offs, and I ended up calling them about half a dozen times and they were really cool about it, and let me talk to the mechanic who was working on it. Then when I came in, he came out and talked to me some more about my concerns. Also they are honest and fair with their prices, and that's hard to find, a mechanic shop that you can trust not to gouge your wallet.

I used to use my car makers dealership for all my repairs but never felt like I got the best service. Since going to Broad St. Auto I have never looked back due to their excellent service.

Finally, a place that doesn't try to get over on you. They talk to my wife like she knows nothing about cars, (which she doesn't), and talks to me like I know a thing or two, (which I do). Hands down the best garage in RVA. So glad to have found this little gem. But don't come here, I am keeping it for myself!!!
