I went here for the first time a few years ago on referral by a friend when I was new to Richmond and have been a loyal customer since. Broad St Auto is honest and does a good job. They won't BS you into unnecessary work and, really, isn't that what we all want from a mechanic?

I had the most wonderful experience here. I'd been driving my car all over town trying to find someone to fix up my car before I had to leave on a road trip. Everyone was telling me no, but then I called into Broad Street and the woman on the phone was so kind and said they'd do what they could. They fixed the problem within a few hours and my car was ready to rumble! I will for sure be back. If you're in need of fast, quality service from people who know what their doing and really care about you as a person, go here. You won't regret it!
