I called Alice after leaving the Kroger parking lot, 1/2 mile away and asked if someone could look at my tire. She said bring it on by. The tire was fixed and I was home within 1/2 hour. Can't beat that! Thanks!

Prompt, courteous and priced right

Didn't call me back to discuss issues as much as I would have expected. Work seems professional but only time will tell. Prices fair and seemed appropriate. The mechanic was well versed in Corvettes which was a critical element for me.

I love this shop. They have been taking care of my old Honda Civic for a couple years now and I've had excellent service every time. Routine maintenance, new tires, suspension, and just recently fixed an overheating issue. My girlfriend got a quote for some work at a different shop, so I told her to take it to Broad Street Auto. They completed the work within an hour or so at a FRACTION of the price. Fast turnaround and they even make sure you've got a ride while your vehicle is in the shop. Plus, they've always got some pretty cool swag to give away!

Great Service!

Very pleasant people, but I have a sad feeling that the wrong tires were changed on my car. Update: Finding a new mechanic is an intimidating experience, but this place is highly recommended for a reason. I received outstanding customer service after expressing my concerns.

The people at Broad St Auto & Tire are very nice, professional and helpful with information. They also will own-up to any problems that might occur and do their best to fix &/or replace the problem. That is not something you see in a lot of auto companies or repair shops.
