Got a state inspection and my power steering looked at. Awesome people. The waiting room was immaculate -- it is clear that they care about customer experience. The service lasted much shorter than I expected, too, which is always a nice surprise.

Broad Street Auto has been great to work with. Honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. You can trust them to fix what needs to be fixed and we've never felt that they were up selling more unnecessary work to be done. And they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We will be back!

My car was passed due on its inspection but of course the staff was professional about everything. My appointment was on time and super fast. Still the only place I trust with my Honda!

Extremely fair, very open and communicative. Mechanics give you the play by play and are not afraid to describe the low-cost run it and watch it scenario, they're not pitching repairs that aren't 100% necessary. Won't take my car anywhere else.

Alice and her team are absolutely wonderful! Everytime I have gone in to get something done on my car, I get taken care of in a timely fashion and with respect. Alice is very friendly and helpful. She doesn't try to scam you out of your money! Her team takes great care of my car and I never have to worry when I put my car in their hands.
