Alice and the crew at Broad Street Auto were great, as usual. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Also, there weren't any unnecessary charges on the bill, like some (chain) repair shops like to add. Best mechanics in Richmond, hands down.

I went in thinking I needed a brake job and they told me that everything looked good. I was really at their mercy. They could've agreed with me and given me a brake job that I didn't need and made some money. But instead, they made a lifelong customer. I'll definitely be back when I do need brakes!
