I have trusted Broad St Auto for my car care for several years now. I also got a set of tires from them that I have been very pleased with. Alice and everyone who works here are always a pleasure to talk with. Their service is great and thorough and their prices are reasonable and fair. I will be a Broad St Auto customer as long as I live in this area!

One of the unfortunate things about moving away from Richmond is my drive to Broad Street Auto. I wouldn't care if I lived in Charlottesville I would gladly make the trip. Professional, honest, excellent mechanics, and now a beautiful new office/greeting area. Consistently first rate every visit.

As usual service was great, timely, and reasonably priced. However, I did notice that I was missing a tire valve cap and that my engine oil life percentage indicator was not reset back to 100%.
